About Tiffani

Welcome to my personal corner of the internet. Here, you'll discover the story behind my work as an author, photographer, and advocate, and what truly drives me.

My journey: finding purpose in unexpected paths

My story is one of learning to find purpose in a life that did not always go according to plan. Living with Juvenile Myositis since childhood, this journey has deeply shaped my understanding of resilience, faith, advocacy, creativity, and community. Over the years, I've learned that even the hardest chapters can hold profound meaning, and the people in our lives can help us navigate through them. Today, I share this perspective through my writing, photography, advocacy, and resources for others affected by myositis. I hope this space feels personal and welcoming—a place where people of all ages can feel seen, encouraged, and reminded that their story is still being written.

Inspiration in every moment

I'm deeply inspired by real stories, real people, and the beautiful moments that might otherwise go unnoticed. As an author, I'm drawn to exploring the truth about resilience, faith, loss, growth, and the unexpected ways life can still hold purpose. As a photographer, I love capturing the small, honest moments that people may not realize are beautiful until they see them through a different lens. As an advocate, I'm continually inspired by the myositis community, dedicated to helping children, teens, adults, and families feel less alone and more understood. At the heart of all three pursuits is the same goal: to help people feel seen, heard, encouraged, and reminded that their story matters.

My passion: making connections

What I am most passionate about is helping people feel seen, understood, and less alone. Whether someone discovers me through a book, a photograph, a myositis resource, or an advocacy event, my hope is that they leave feeling encouraged and reminded that their voice matters. I care deeply about creating resources that speak not only to adults but also to children and teens who may be navigating a diagnosis, a difficult season, or simply finding where they fit. I also want visitors to know that I believe our stories can have purpose, even when life takes a direction we never expected.

"Our stories matter. Our voices matter. And sometimes sharing what we've lived though is exactly what helps someone else feel a little less alone."
